Can you hold a place before I apply?
We understand that finding the perfect rental home takes time, and we want to ensure a fair opportunity for all applicants. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold a property before the application process is completed. To secure the property, we recommend submitting your application promptly. In order to secure the lease, we require the security deposit and first month's rent paid within 48 hours of signing the lease. -
